Questions
Common questions about our lawn care visits
Honest answers about what we do, what we don't, and how the service works.

What happens during the first visit?
We walk your property with you, note the lawn size and any special areas, agree on a weekly visit day, and start the first mowing visit the following week.
Do you bring your own equipment and materials?
Yes. We bring mowers, edgers, blowers, trimmers, and all fertilizers and weed control products. You provide access to an outdoor water source.
What fertilizers and weed control do you use?
We use plant-based fertilizers and weed control formulas that are safe for children and pets once dry, usually within an hour of application.
Who is this not for?
This service is not for properties that need landscape design, installation of new beds or patios, tree removal, or major irrigation repairs. We maintain existing lawns and beds.
What is included in each plan?
Essential covers mowing, edging, and debris removal. Standard adds fertilization, weed control, and irrigation checks. Complete includes garden bed maintenance, shrub trimming, and full irrigation monitoring.
Can I pause the service for a month?
Yes. Write to us with 15 days' notice and we will pause visits and billing. Restart anytime with the same notice.
How does payment and refund work?
We send an invoice after the walkthrough; you pay by check or bank transfer. Cancel anytime with 15 days' notice and unused visits in the current month are refunded in full.
What if it rains on the scheduled visit day?
We will move the visit to the next dry day in the same week and send you a note. If weather delays last longer, we adjust the schedule and you are not charged for skipped visits.
Ready to stop spending weekends on lawn work?
Write through the contact form with your address and the plan you're interested in. We'll reply within two business days to schedule a walkthrough.
